COVID-19 Protocol

Associated Hearing Aid Services is cautiously seeing patients in our offices. Everyone’s health and safety is our top priority during these challenging times.    We are closely following health and safety guidelines to ensure that every protocol is followed to maintain a safe environment.

Office appointments will be limited for now and structured in such a way as to maximize social distancing while ensuring treatment in the safest way possible.  Employees and persons entering our premises are required to wear a mask.   We ask that our patients enter the office alone or with one essential care-giver.    In addition, our staff will be wearing gloves.  Hands and equipment will be sanitized diligently after each patient.

Hearing aid clean and checks or “troubleshooting” will continue to be a scheduled drop-off/pick-up process.   In addition, hearing aids may be mailed to our Sewickley office and we will mail them back. Remote programming remains an option for those patients with the appropriate technology.   WALK-IN SERVICE is not an option at this time.

Each and every one of our patients is very important to us. We understand that hearing is an essential need and are doing our best to ensure that you are taken care of.   Please call 412-741-2221 or 888-933-7755 with any questions or concerns.   We are here for you.
