Meet Sydney Shaughnessy, Au.D

Dr. Sydney Shaughnessy, Au.D. is a newly licensed audiologist in Pennsylvania working with Associated Hearing Aid Services. Dr. Shaughnessy is a proud alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She earned her doctorate in 2023 from A.T. Still University- Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona. Her clinical expertise and passion include adult diagnostic hearing testing, pediatric hearing screening, hearing aid technology and programming, and vestibular/ balance evaluations. Dr. Shaughnessy is dedicated to improving her patients’ quality of life and likes to take a patient-centered approach to hearing healthcare.

Sydney is a Pittsburgh native and grew up in the South Hills. She currently resides in Beaver County with her partner and her pitbull, Honey.
